Return Policy

REFUNDS

If your coffee order arrives and it’s not correct, please email us ASAP at commoncoffeeroasting@gmail.com with a photo of what you received and your order number so we can replace it with the correct coffee, or issue a refund.


Unfortunately, due to the nature of some items, perishable goods (like coffee beans) cannot be returned.


To start the refund, contact us at commoncoffeeroasting@gmail.com, within 14 days of purchase, with your order number. Shipping charges are not refundable. 


You can always contact us with any return questions at commoncoffeeroasting@gmail.com.


DAMAGES, ISSUES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can correct this for you.


We are not liable for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. To prevent such occurrences, please review your shipping information prior to completing your purchase and/or verify the accuracy of your address details in your order confirmation email. Any address corrections made after a purchase is finalized must be completed before the next business day.

If there is a concern with the order you received, email us at commoncoffeeroasting@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the incorrect and/or damaged product received.


CLAIM APPROVAL

We will notify you once your claim has been received and approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at commoncoffeeroasting@gmail.com.
