Coffee is a common ritual for most people, but not all coffee is created equally. From the farm, to our roastery, many hands affect the outcome. We exist to highlight unique nuances with this familiar product, all while exploring what is common among us.
What is specialty coffee?
Coffee is the seed of a fruit, and takes on flavors from that fruit and the surrounding environment. Once it’s grown and harvested, it’s then processed by various methods, either imparting more flavors through means of fermentation, or clarifying the already existing flavors through washing. This intentionality offers flavors not commonly found in most store bought coffee.
